During these uncertain times, due to COVID-19, we will not be accepting any returns on any products. In the unlikely event that your package was damaged in transit, Body Treat will be more than happy to replace the item(s) with the identical product if notification is given within 48hrs of delivery.
We trust that you will be satisfied with your treat. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your Body Treat we will refund or replace your purchase less any shipping cost. Please notify us via the contact us page within 15days of product delivery. All refunds will be processed and returned via your original payment method. You should receive a confirmation email once the request has been accepted and processed and your refund approved.
